Kasba teachers protest: SI accused of kicking teacher won’t probe clash cases, says police commissioner

Kolkata Police Commissioner Manoj Verma stated that Sub-inspector Ritan Das, accused of assaulting a teacher during a protest, will not investigate the related cases. Verma clarified that Das only filed the initial report as duty officer, and the case was reassigned, a routine procedure within the Kolkata Police.
