India Defies Trump Tariff, Indian Economy Grows 8.2% In Q2 2025-26

India's nominal GDP grew at an 8.7 per cent rate during the September quarter, data showed today. In the April-June quarter, India's real GDP grew 7.8 per cent, over the growth rate of 6.5 per cent in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. India's nominal GDP grew at an 8.8 per cent rate during the said quarter.
