Lions fans flock to Windsor's downtown for block party — despite the cold

Crowds of Lions fans gathered on the streets of downtown Windsor on Thursday for a free event with games, freebies and big screens. Those in attendance said football is a great way to bring people together, despite cross-border frictions. CBC's Emma Loop reports.
