Coast Guard issues warning as thousand set to float down St. Clair River

The Canadian Coast Guard has issued a navigational warning to boaters ahead of the Port Huron Float Down on Aug. 16. A section of the St. Clair river will remain closed to all traffic during the event. Participants are advised to take precautions to minimize safety risks.
