Canada and U.S. will share 'net proceeds' from Gordie Howe bridge: finance minister

Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne says Canada and the U.S. will share proceeds 'net of the expenses of the cost of capital' for the Gordie Howe International Bridge connecting Ontario with Michigan. Champagne called the opening of the bridge set for July 27 a 'win-win' for the two countries.
