Region to discuss report on how to move forward with future development in Mannheim Service Area

Regional council will get an update Wednesday morning about when and how development could resume in the Mannheim Service Area after concerns were raised in December about a water capacity constraint. The constraint has lead to the region pausing new development agreements in the Mannheim Service Area, which many in the construction and development industry have raised concerns about.
