Pickleball festival takes over downtown Kitchener

The 3rd annual Paddle Palooza Pickleball Festival hit the courts outside city hall in Kitchener on Tuesday. Thirty-six teams gathered for a competition at this free event to raise money for Every Kid Counts, a program that helps kids attend summer camp. CBC K-W's Lauren Kuivenhoven spoke with multiple teams about why they love the sport and even played some pickleball herself.
