Guelph Tool Library refurbishes old laptops and tablets to give them away

If you have a laptop or tablet that's less than six year old that you're not using anymore, the Guelph Tool Library knows exactly what to do to give it a second life. They're running an initiative called the Circular Computer Project where they collect used laptops and tablets and give them away to people in need. John Dennis, the director of the Guelph Tool Library and chair of the Circular Computer Project, explains what he is trying to achieve.
