4 people charged after disturbance call in Kitchener saw school placed in hold and secure

Four people face charges of assault, kidnapping, forcible confinement and uttering threats after a police investigation at a home on Isabella Street in Kitchener. That investigation briefly saw Williamsburg Public School placed in a hold and secure on Tuesday.
