3 men charged, 1 woman wanted after jewelry smash-and-grab thefts in Guelph

Three incidents happened on the same day in May and there was a fourth smash and grab theft in August. After a months-long investigation and three search warrants executed in Toronto, Guelph police have charged four people, including a 70-year-old man who allegedly lied to police about the surveillance cameras in his building.
