Striking workers at North York LTC home say replacement workers not providing quality service to seniors

Workers at Villa Colombo Homes for the Aged say while they are striking to keep benefits and sick days, and to call for higher wages, replacement workers are providing sub-par care for senior residents. Villa Colombo Toronto says it won’t withhold services from clients while workers strike.
