Sinkhole shuts down part of Steeles Avenue after water main break in Brampton

Some lanes on a section of the street between Airport Road and Goreway Drive are expected to remain closed until at least the early afternoon Tuesday, police say. A Peel Region staffer says the water main should be fixed by the end of the day.
