Durham police arrest 4, lay 229 charges after string of robberies, thefts, break-ins

Police say they have laid 229 charges against four people, including two youths, in connection with 36 smash-and-grab robberies, vehicle thefts and commercial break-in incidents in the Durham Region and Toronto.
