1 dead, 2 seriously injured after crash on Hwy. 401 in Scarborough

A person has died after a crash on Highway 401 in Scarborough on Monday, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said. The crash happened just after 10 a.m. on the westbound collector lanes at Meadowvale Road, police said in a post on X.
