Waverley library branch in Thunder Bay, Ont., to close this fall for major renovations

The Thunder Bay Public Library (TBPL) is preparing for major renovations at its Waverley branch, which will result in a temporary closure of the 75-year-old building later this fall. The work will include upgrades to the facility’s foundation, water infiltration system, the replacement of 50-year-old windows, as well as accessibility and safety improvements such as a new ramp.
