Thursday's letters: UCP making streets, highways unsafe

Today, City of Edmonton crews are putting speed bumps in front of my house. We live on an avenue with two school zones, and this action is necessary because drivers are going through those school zones at excessive speeds of 50, 60 and even 70 km/h on a regular basis. The City of Edmonton must spend this money to keep our children safe because adult drivers cannot be relied on to use common sense to limit accidents and fatalities. Read More
