Sparwood turning social media comments off

The District of Sparwood reported today that social media comments will now be disabled on municipal social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram.
This change is being made after an evaluation of comments on the district’s social media accounts identified that a substantial number of comments do not meet the municipality’s expectations for constructive or respectful dialogue.
