I had the opportunity to visit some of the halls where the Sylvan Circle Tour‘s 24th annual artist and artisan event was held. Participants were set up Saturday, with their one-of-a-kind creations at the eight halls on the tour. I was impressed by the calibre of the artistic creations as well as the response from the public who visited each site in droves.
