'Extremely slow' driver flees traffic stop

A man started to run after driving slowly away from a police traffic stop on Great Northern Road in February. Police learned the vehicle permit on the car Andre Francoeur was driving on Feb. 13 was expired, assistant Crown attorney Andrew Allen told court on Friday.
