UPDATE: Fatality - Industrial Accident - 3000 Block Meadows Parkway

One man has died following an industrial accident earlier this afternoon.Through investigation, it was determined that the man had been working on a construction site when he was struck by a piece of heavy equipment. The 41-year-old male victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
