Density denied: Saskatoon city hall nixes two small infill housing projects

Saskatoon city hall stopped plans for two six-unit infill projects despite the city's push for greater density and the need for hundreds of new housing units to meet the year-end target to receive federal Housing Accelerator Fund money.
