Arrests - Stolen Vehicle / Evade Police - 200 Block Avenue V South

Two people were arrested following an evade police incident early this morning.At approximately 2:00 a.m. on June 26, 2026, police observed a vehicle occupied by two people parked in an alley in the 200 block of Avenue V South. The vehicle was then seen leaving the alley immediately after. As officers positioned themselves behind the vehicle and confirmed it to be stolen, the vehicle suddenly took off at a high rate of speed before a traffic stop could be initiated.
