Arrests - Assault - 2200 Block 22nd Street West

Two people were arrested following a machete assault yesterday evening.At around 7:30 p.m. on July 16, 2026, police were called to a business in the 2200 block of 22nd Street West for a report of an assault. Upon arrival, officers learned that a security guard had been cut with a machete while escorting a group of people from the property. The suspects then fled the area.
