Arrest - Disturbance / Weapon - 200 Block 23rd Street East

A 13-year-old female was arrested following a report of an intoxicated person on a city bus.At around 5:30 p.m. on September 26, 2026, police were notified of an incoming city bus to a depot in the 200 block of 23rd Street East with an intoxicated person on board.
