Tiny homes proposed to help address Saskatoon's homelessness crisis

A Saskatoon city council committee endorsed $160,000 in funding and $36,597 in city and library property tax breaks over five years for a tiny homes pilot project in Pleasant Hill, about five blocks west of a homeless encampment at 20th Street and Avenue K.
