Tenants say Saskatoon Housing building being taken over by people with drug addiction, mental health issues

Lynette Boris says her Saskatoon Housing Authority-run apartment block in Saskatoon has turned into a nightmare, with homeless people and people with drug addictions roaming the halls, while the building falls into disrepair.
