Surplus long gone: Sask. government says budget on course for $427M deficit at year's end

Finance Minister Jim Reiter, in a midterm update Tuesday, said the projected year-end deficit is expected to be $427 million, a major swing from the $12-million surplus predicted when the budget was introduced in the spring.
