Unions and Dresden dump opponents protest as premier visits Sarnia

Public sector union members and opponents of a landfill planned for Dresden gathered with signs and flags at noon Thursday outside the Sarnia Golf and Curling Club with messages for Ontario Premier Doug Ford. The premier was in Sarnia for a tour of a local industrial services company and a public event in the morning at City Hall. Ford’s staff said he had private events scheduled for the rest of the day.
