Sarnia police investigating early morning assault

A man suffered minor injuries in an assault early Tuesday morning.Sarnia police responded to a home on Murphy Road near Isabella Street for an assault.Police said a man in his 40s was taken to Bluewater Health for treatment and released.The investigation is ongoing.Further details, including possible charges, were not immediately available.Police said there is not concern for public safety at this time.
