A young Sarnia man will be sentenced soon for a $166,000 drug bust that landed him and his grandfather in handcuffs. Ethan Locking, then 22, and Donald Brown, 76, were both arrested and charged with three counts of possessing drugs for the purpose of trafficking, one count of drug possession, and possessing a banned weapon after police raided an apartment on Indian Road South near Talfourd Street on Feb. 27, 2024.
