Sarnia man gets 4.5 years for pointing illegal shotgun at pair

After Randy Fitzpatrick pointed an illegal, sawed-off shotgun at two people and threatened to kill them, his own lawyer asked him why he did it. “He really doesn’t have a good answer, sir,” Fitzpatrick’s lawyer, Joseph Stoesser, told Justice Mark Poland. “He was in the heat of the moment. He was raging and he did something incredibly stupid, incredibly dangerous.” That incredibly dangerous incident has landed Fitzpatrick in prison for the next 4 ½ year
