Sarnia considering water bill relief program for leaks

Sarnia is considering a relief program for property owners who encounter an unexpectedly high water bill because of a leak. City council June 23 is being asked to consider covering up to 75 per cent, to a maximum of $2,000, of those costs if someone’s bill at least triples due to a leak that goes undetected.
