At least one-third of Sarnia city council wants to move faster on a planned upgrade for Ferry Dock Hill. Council voted March 31 to look into borrowing options in the fall, after local commercial realtor Patrick Coutu suggested the city use a line of credit to get the estimated $6.6-million Ferry Dock Landing project going.
