Sarnia approves park space for e-bike ride-sharing pilot
People in Sarnia will soon be able to rent e-bikes at city parks. Sarnia city council recently unanimously approved a deal with local company Current Micromobility for use of city parks and public places to store battery-assisted bicycles for a ride-sharing program. The pilot is for three years. Current’s Cory Tuleki, a former travel company owner, said he’s ordering 25 e-bikes – pedal assist with maximum speed capped at 25 km/h – to start, and hoping they’re here
