Project sees urban forest planted next to trail through Sarnia college campus

An urban forest is taking root near a section of the Midtown Trail passing through Lambton College’s campus in Sarnia. A crew from the charity, Reforest Woolwich, and volunteers with Climate Action Sarnia-Lambton planted 1,000 native trees Thursday morning as part of a project coordinated by the nuSarnia Foundation. The foundation connected with Mark Schwartz, with Reforest Woolwich, and worked with the charity previously to plant 200 trees on another project along the multi-use trail, sa
