Passed-out pair charged after police seize fentanyl and cash

Two men found passed out in a van face drug trafficking charges after Sarnia police found fentanyl and about $11,600 Wednesday morning. Officers were called around 10 a.m. about a silver van with two men slumped inside in a parking lot on London Road east of Murphy Road, Sarnia police said Friday.
