New record set for warmest night

After a stretch of warm weather, Sarnia-Lambton will begin to return to more seasonable temperatures.Environment Canada Warning Preparedness Meteorologist Monica Vaswani said Wednesday, November 4, saw the warmest night on record for that date. "The previous record for the minimum [temperature] was 12.2 degrees in 1994, and we ended up having 15.3 degrees as the minimum," she told Sarnia News Today. Environment and Climate Change Canada began keeping track of records in 1948.Vaswani clarified
