Lambton part of new college advocacy group
Lambton College and other small, northern and rural colleges in Ontario have partnered to form a new advocacy group. The Ontario Regional Economic Workforce and Innovation Network (OREWIN), also including Cambrian, Canadore, Boréal, La Cité, Confederation, Fleming, Loyalist, Northern, St. Lawrence and Sault colleges, was formed to advance the economic interests of the niche group by harnessing members’ strengths, said Lambton president and CEO Rob Kardas.
