Cleanup continues Monday in and around Mooretown following Saturday's storm
The clearing of downed trees and limbs continued Monday in St. Clair Township following a storm with high winds that moved through the Mooretown area Saturday afternoon.“It was devastating to look at,” Mayor Jeff Agar said Monday.Trees were down along the St. Clair River shoreline in Mooretown and Courtright, and as far north as Corunna, township officials said.“They’ve been going strong ever since it first happened,” Agar said about the response by township staff.
