As a Swede living in Canada, I’ve got used to hearing "sorry" a dozen times a day. "Sorry" for cutting in line at the coffee shop. "Sorry" for being late. And "sorry" for causing a scene. I love this aspect of Canadian culture. It resonates with my Northern sensibilities, a belief that kindness is almost as important as winning. Read More
