North Bay Police say a "targeted assault" at a restaurant led to three arrests

The North Bay Police Service (NBPS) has arrested three individuals after an assault at a local restaurant sent one individual to hospital.The first co-accused is 41-year-old male, Ryan Pepin, of North Bay.
