North Bay police lay charges following dog attack

Two people from North Bay have been charged under the Dog Owners Liability Act, after a local man was attacked on Algonquin Avenue on April 29 around 4:45 p.m. North Bay Police Service was contacted in relation to a dog attack in the 1200 block of Algonquin Avenue.
