North Bay OPP make arrest in ATV hit and run

An arrest has been made in connection with a hit and run collision involving an all-terrain vehicle in Mattawa. North Bay Ontario Provincial Police responded to a collision in a parking lot on Turcotte Park Road in Mattawa April 3 around 6:45 p.m. The investigation revealed that an ATV was travelling at a high rate of speed, lost control and collided with the driver’s side of the vehicle.
