North Bay man not involved in 30-year-old's death, faces assault charges

North Bay resident, Kyle St. Louis, has been charged with assault and assault with a weapon. Ontario Provincial Police had issued warrant for his arrest. The Lennox and Addington County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police confirmed that a death in the Odessa area of Loyalist Township did not involve foul play.
