North Bay fire crews respond to transport fire on Highway 11 South

North Bay Fire and Emergency Services responded to a transport trailer fire this afternoon on Highway 11 South near the Ministry of Transportation weigh scales, just past the Nosbonsing Road cutoff.Few details are available, however witnesses told The Nugget there was heavy black and white smoke coming from the load the truck was carrying.Witnesses also report the truck was carrying lumber.“The cab was taken off of the truck and moved down the road,” said North Bay resident Darren L
