Discussion about a possible salary increase for North Bay’s mayor and council will not be moving forward.At least not during this term of council.Coun. Gary Gardiner’s motion requesting staff to compare what the North Bay mayor and city councillors earn to those of other Northern Ontario municipalities didn’t garner enough support Tuesday night.Mayor Peter Chirico, Deputy Mayor Maggie Horsfield, Coun.
