Just five weeks after a fierce windstorm ripped through Mattawa, the small community has been hit once again.A quick but strong storm passed through North Bay and Mattawa Tuesday evening packing a punch of strong winds and heavy rain.“There is loss and devastation, but so thankful there was no one hurt this time. The storm came quick and left carnage again. It was not as bad as the last one yet there is so much destruction and loss of trees again,” according to the Sid Turcotte Park
