Heritage train and carousel closed for second straight day due to extreme heat

The trains and carousel will remain halted due to the extended heat wave.“We will not be open on Friday due to the weather – heat and humidex,” said Don Coutts, treasurer of the Heritage Railway and Carousel Company.“We will be open on Saturday for sure.”The heat wave continues through today with temperatures reaching 31C and humidex values extending between 35 to 40C.
