Donuts on lawn leads to charges for 23-year-old Phelps resident

A 23-year-old is facing charges after tearing up a lawn while doing donuts in a utility terrain vehicle on school property in Phelps Township.Members of the North Bay Ontario Provincial Police responded to reports of a UTV being driven on a property on Glenvale Drive in Phelps TownshipTuesday around 3:30 p.m.Police learned through an investigation that the UTV had been driven onto the property and onto a field where the driver performed doughnuts, causing damage to the grass.During this activit
