Candidate list grows as North Bay election deadline looms

Coun. Chris Mayne is the first incumbent to announce his intention to claim his seat back on city council.As of Friday morning, there are now six candidates running for one of 10 seats — Caroline Corbett, Dave Dale, Myles Heneberry, Glen Langlois, Mayne and Darryl Skinner.In addition, there are three mayoral candidates — Connor Currie, Maggie Horsfield and Jamie Lowery.The school board hasn’t seen much attraction with only a handful of candidates running on four school boards.L
